Kinsley Energy Systems, LLC has purchased Clarke Energy USA’s CHP business near Boston, MA, formerly known as CoEnergy America. The acquisition strengthens Kinsley’s position in the Northeast distributed energy market and reflects our mission and vision to deliver reliable and efficient power solutions that create lasting value for customers and communities.

This acquisition expands Kinsley’s reach across the Northeast, including the Greater Boston area, and positions us to deliver faster and more direct service to more customers throughout the region.
