Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Engineer to join our team in Greece. The successful candidate will be trained by the company to undertake the position of Warehouse and Service Operations Assistant, responsible for managing the warehouse, receiving & shipping spare parts, supporting the Service Sales dept. with Field Service billing and with customers’ service requests.
Responsibilities
WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
- Managing spare parts in CEH warehouse, inventory keeping
- Receiving & storing parts at CEH warehouse
- Controlling of spare parts (part numbers & quantity) that come in our stock (monitoring incoming parts for defects at receipt, crosschecking of correct receipt against suppliers’ packing list)
SPARE PARTS MANAGEMENT
- Shipping parts & tooling from CEH warehouse (incl. occasional transfer of parts to designated locations in Athens, with company van)
- Support with generating Packing lists for Spare part shipments from CEH warehouse
- Monitoring of correct delivery to customer site
- Supporting spare part return process (RMA)
- Support with Spare parts order planning based on stock level targets
SUPPORTING SERVICE SALES DEPARTMENT
- Technical support (warranty claims – in collaboration with Service dept., parts identification based on SBoM, etc.)
- Support with Warranty cases monitoring and updates
- Collecting Field Service Engineers’ labour log sheets and expenses
REPORTING
- Warehouse reporting
- Support with monthly service sales reports
As and when required, provide technical support to other internal functions.
Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills
Degree in Technical Engineering (T.E.I.), preferably mechanical or electrical bias
Data analysis
Report writing
Inventory/warehouse Management
Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Recruitment and succession requirements
Essential Technical engineering qualification(s), preferably mechanical or electrical bias Minimum 2-3 years of similar work experience Good analytical skills Good standard computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) Good English verbal and writing skills Driving licence, category B Desirable Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience in a similar role where problem solving, technical interpretation and report writing are required Good customer relationship experience Excellent standard IT Skills (Microsoft Power BI, NAVISION, SAP, etc.)
