Clarke Energy are delighted to be sponsoring the Association for Decentralised Energy’s District Heating Conference 2015. The event takes place on the 13th of May at the Edinburgh Centre for Carbon Innovation.
The Conference is a free to attend event organised jointly by the ADE and the Scottish Heat Networks Partnership Practitioners Group. The aim is to bring together practitioners, heat users, industry experts and policy makers to provide practical solutions and advice to the Scottish district heating sector.
Adam Wray-Summerson, Sector Manager will be presenting on the benefits of combined heat & power (CHP) and district heating.
Clarke Energy’s district heating installs across Scotland include:
- Aberdeen Heat and Power District Energy Scheme
- Glasgow Caledonian University CHP & District Heating Scheme
- Edinburgh University CHP & District Energy Facility
- Dundee University
The Scottish Government’s Outline Vision for Heat is for a largely decarbonised heat sector by 2050 and aims for significant progress by 2030. Clarke Energy’s Combined Heat and Power plants are an ideal solution to help the Government meet these targets.
