To strengthen our extended CERO team in Romania, we organised a team-building event at Sunny Beach on the Bulgarian seaside. The day was packed with activities designed to motivate, foster collaboration, and create lasting memories. Together, we danced, sang, shared stories, and laughed truly enjoying each other’s company.
To encourage teamwork and cooperation, we split into mixed groups for a MasterChef-style competition, showing that success is never achieved alone. Every team member contributed admirably, making the day both entertaining and inspiring.
We concluded the event with a magical sunset boat ride, marking the perfect end to a memorable experience and reinforcing the strong bonds within our team.
