With Bangladesh joining the ranks of LNG importing countries with the arrival of it’s first LNG cargo at Moheshkhali Port near Chittagong, the country is set to meet the mounting energy demand. The Government has agreed to supply the imported LNG to industrial sectors including Readymade Garments (RMG) & power plants, as those are the drivers of Bangladesh economy. With existing industries alongside new economic zones being set up in and around Chittagong expected to get regasified imported LNG, Clarke Energy (a Kohler Group Company) used the BigTEX platform to disseminate information on their gas to energy power solutions using GE’s Jenbacher gas engine technology. In addition to the product, the exhibition provided a great opportunity to share an update with the visitors on the service product lines and after sales service capabilities of Clarke Energy Bangladesh Limited, helping the setup maintain long term relationship with customers, earning their loyalty and keeping their business.
Kohler Power System’s diesel fuelled power generation products supported by Kohler’s Singapore offices also used the BigTEX platform to share information with the industry on their flagship “KD-Series” gensets.
