Clarke Energy’s long term sister company Oldham-based Clarke Telecom has been sold to Renew Holdings plc.

Clarke Telecom was formed in 2000 with a view of delivering quality products and services to UK cellular networks operators. The focus was on the power management niche, which Clarke Telecom developed a strong market reputation and prominent brand. By 2004 Clarke Telecom was able to provide a complete in-house end-to-end service to support network rollout and maintenance projects. In 2013 the company had grown successfully to 200 employees and reached a turnover of £33 million.
AIM-listed Renew Holdings plc (LSE:RNWH) is a West Yorkshire based company specialising in the provision of multidisciplinary engineering services to maintain and develop UK Infrastructure in the Energy, Environmental and Infrastructure markets.
