France

In accordance with its legal obligations, Clarke Energy in France presents the result of the Gender Equality Index calculation, as defined by the law of 5 September 2018.

The overall Gender Equality Index score for the year 2025 is 70/85 points, equivalent to 82/100, with the breakdown detailed below:

  • Indicator 1 – Pay gap: 35/40
    The improvement target set is to achieve a score of 37/40 for this indicator.
  • Indicator 2 – Individual pay rise gaps: 35/35
  • Indicator 3 – Percentage of employees receiving a pay rise on return from maternity leave: Indicator not calculable
  • Indicator 4 – Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest earners: 0/10
    The improvement target set is to have at least two women among the ten highest earners and to achieve a score of 5/10 for this indicator.
