Scheduled Maintenance

Regular servicing includes replacement of oil, filters, and consumables typically every 1,000–2,000 hours. Intermediate services occur at 10,000-hour intervals depending on fuel type.

Major Overhauls

Major overhauls may include reconditioning of key components such as cylinder heads, turbochargers, and pumps, restoring them to OEM standards.

Major overhauls at 60,000 or 80,000 operating hours, depending upon engine Type and version, involve removal, strip-down, rebuild, and reinstallation at authorised centres. Reconditioned swing engines can be provided to maintain uptime.

Unscheduled Maintenance

Remote monitoring insights are also used to detect efficiency losses or to inform optimal overhaul timing.

Reactive support is available for fuel-related wear or system faults. Remote monitoring helps identify emerging issues early to minimise downtime.

Engine Upgrades

Available upgrade kits can improve power output, extend service intervals, or help meet evolving emissions regulations.
Overhaul periods provide an opportunity to integrate performance or emissions-related upgrades. Contact Clarke Energy for upgrade options tailored to your model and use case.
