Clarke Energy Technician/Engineer on site

Are you passionate about power systems and hands-on technical work? Join our dynamic team as an Operation & Maintenance Technician in Kaduna, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our power generation plants across customer and company sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our technical team, you will:

  • Operate assigned plants in line with OEM guidelines and company standards
  • Perform maintenance tasks at customer sites and internal O&M facilities
  • Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve plant issues
  • Ensure proper use of spare parts and advise on timely replacements
  • Work closely with Engineers and Parts & Services Administrators to maintain service reliability
  • Deliver consistent technical support and uphold high service standards

What We Are Looking For

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated technician with:

  • OND or City & Guilds Finals in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in service or related industries
  • Knowledge of power generation systems
  • High customer orientation and a results-driven mindset
  • Solid technical know-how and basic report writing skills
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • A proactive, flexible, and responsible approach to work
