Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within specified timelines.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent conversion into revenue.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and generate referrals.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and challenges effectively throughout the contract lifecycle to ensure high levels of trust and satisfaction.
  • Champion and embody Clarke Energy’s compliance and performance standards in all activities.
  • Stay informed of market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape within the Power Generation sector.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales of generators, machines, equipment, and automobiles
  • Proven sales track record
  • Strong technical understanding of power generation equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, Problem-solving skills, etc.
