Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. Your primary mission will be to expand our market footprint by identifying new business opportunities in the Oil and Gas Sector and nurturing long-term relationships with consultants within this space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth & Acquisition: Drive sales by proactively sourcing new clients and upselling to our existing customer base.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research to uncover new markets and stay ahead of evolving customer needs.
  • Strategic Outreach: Discover and explore untapped opportunities; arrange and lead business meetings with high-potential prospects.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting partnerships with new and existing clients, ensuring their objectives are met or anticipated.
  • Contract Negotiation: Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing contracts, and integrating them into our business operations.
  • Partnership Review: Evaluate incoming partnership offers and provide data-driven feedback to the leadership team.
  • Performance: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the Sales Lead.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of professional ethics by keeping all organizational and client information confidential.

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial or Engineering Fields.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience especially in sales and business development.
  • Familiarity with market analysis, distribution, and business laws.
  • MBA is a plus, but it’s not required.
