Progress continues on the 2MW trigeneration project in Côte d’Ivoire.
We are pleased to share another important step in the progress of the trigeneration project developed by Clarke Energy for Dream Cosmetics’ manufacturing facility in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.

The project containers have now been delivered to the Dream Cosmetics site. This marks a significant milestone as we move closer to the installation and commissioning of the energy plant.
At the heart of the project is a 2MW INNIO Jenbacher JMC612 gas engine, forming part of a trigeneration solution that will simultaneously generate:
- Electricity for onsite consumption
- 11-bar steam through the recovery of engine exhaust heat
- 5°C chilled water produced via an absorption chiller.
By capturing and utilising heat that would otherwise be wasted, trigeneration systems achieve significantly higher overall efficiencies compared to conventional separate generation systems.
This solution will enable Dream Cosmetics to meet its electricity, steam and cooling requirements while improving overall energy efficiency and optimizing operational performance.
We’re excited to celebrate a new step forward in our collaboration with Dream Cosmetics and in Clarke Energy’s commitment to supporting industrial development through innovative and efficient energy solutions.
Our teams remain fully mobilized on site as the project progresses towards the next stages: installation, integration and commissioning.
As the project progresses, Clarke Energy looks forward to bringing the plant into operation and supporting Dream Cosmetics with reliable, efficient, and sustainable energy infrastructure that delivers long-term value.
Stay tuned for more details on this project as it progresses.
