Clarke Energy has successfully delivered an expansion of the power generation facility at Nestlé’s Flowergate Factory in Sagamu, Nigeria, further strengthening the site’s energy resilience and operational capability.
Building on an existing installation of two Jenbacher J320 containerised gas engines, the project involved the integration of a Jenbacher J612 containerised unit, increasing on-site generation capacity to support the factory’s growing energy requirements.

The project marks a significant milestone for both Clarke Energy and the Nigerian energy market, with the J612 becoming the first containerised Jenbacher unit of its type to be deployed in the country. The expansion enables Nestlé to benefit from a reliable and scalable power solution designed to support continuous manufacturing operations.
