Clarke Energy Ltd are continuing their success in the UK, Australia and New Zealand by opening their first office as the exclusive distributors for GE’s Jenbacher, in India. The acquisition of Cogen India was completed in November 2003 and culminated with the opening of a new head office in Pune. Anand Bhishikar, Managing Director, heads the new office in Pune supported by an experienced team of time served engineers and professionals, including a dedicated field service team. An additional service centre in Baroda and sales offices in Delhi, Chennai and Kolkata are soon to complement the current service set up at Ankleshwar.
Clarke Energy’s experience in the gas engine, renewable energy market represents a clear benefit to the Indian office and to GE’s Jenbacher’s prospects within the sub-continent.
