For meeting their power requirement on a continuous basis – 24 x 7 x 365 – STC Developers Pvt. Ltd. – Suncity Projects Pvt. Ltd., awarded the contract of purchase and project execution to Clarke Energy for GE Jenbacher gas gensets for their Crossriver Mall. The property is powered completely by the gas generator sets.
With the operating performance of 98% availability in the first year of operation well exceeded the guaranteed levels; the gensets are operating on continuous basis with a cooling application of ‘300 TR’ generation being provided to the Mall.
Showcasing GE Jenbacher gas engines and the services offered by Clarke Energy, the project demonstrates the efficacy of a Combined Cooling and Power application.
