Area Service Manager – North West (INTERNAL ONLY)

To manage the resource efficient deployment of engineers within a Region, in line with contractual obligations and customer requirements, ensuring that the high standards expected of Clarke Energy are maintained at all times.
Manage, motivate and develop a regional team of Service Engineers and Apprentices ensuring that:
Ensure that the Regional Engine Fleet achieves above contractual guarantees.
Manage the Regions work objectives by
Keep the Field Service Manager fully informed at all times, accelerating issues as appropriate.
To complete the Inspire performance management process annually for both self and within team ensuring that objectives and development plans are in-line with company goals.
Ensure that Health, Safety and Environmental standards and standards are adhered to at all times and accidents/near misses reported in line with requirements.
Ensure that the Site is clean and orderly at all times and that equipment and vehicles are maintained in a manner that supports and develops the industry standing of Clarke Energy.
